pbd9 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pbd9", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pbd9 platform operating at https://pbd9.io and its authorised operators.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pbd9 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created through the pbd9 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's account wallet, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds where separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by pbd9 that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pbd9 platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pbd9 Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules (including sports betting rules and individual game rules) published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pbd9 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pbd9. pbd9 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. 3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the pbd9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pbd9 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension issued by pbd9 or any other gaming operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

pbd9 requires all players to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. Verification documents accepted include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Players who are unable or unwilling to provide acceptable identification documents will not be permitted to withdraw funds. pbd9 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage, including during account registration or following a change in account details.

Where pbd9 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has misrepresented their age, pbd9 will immediately freeze the account, conduct a full investigation, and — if the player is confirmed to be under 21 — close the account, void all wagers placed, and report the matter to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the payment source after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use.

4 Account Registration & Management

Each player may hold only one registered account on pbd9. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. pbd9 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, pending balances forfeited, and the player may be permanently barred from the platform.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. pbd9 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

pbd9 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from pbd9 that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team immediately.

Account registration is free of charge. pbd9 does not impose account maintenance fees. However, accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months with a positive balance may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated through a deposit or withdrawal transaction.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

pbd9 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• bKash — instant deposits and withdrawals
• Nagad — instant deposits and withdrawals
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — instant deposits and withdrawals
• Upay — instant deposits and withdrawals

The minimum deposit is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and player account tier. pbd9 does not impose deposit or withdrawal fees on the above methods; however, your mobile financial services provider may apply their own charges, for which pbd9 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered to the same account holder. pbd9 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held pending the completion of identity verification.

pbd9 processes the majority of withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes. During periods of high transaction volume or where enhanced verification is required, processing times may extend to twenty-four (24) hours. pbd9 shall not be liable for delays caused by the player's mobile financial services provider.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate. pbd9 accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect account as a result of player error.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pbd9 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is announced:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified in the bonus terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from it upon expiry.
• pbd9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including where pbd9 determines that a player is engaging in bonus abuse or employing low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms prevail.

Misuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering with the intent to exploit promotional conditions, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the pbd9 platform are subject to the pbd9 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules prevail with respect to betting-specific matters.

Key general betting and gaming rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pbd9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where pbd9 determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• pbd9 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or the use of insider information.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• All casino games on pbd9 use certified random number generators (RNG) provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. pbd9 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8 Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pbd9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one account or using an account registered in another person's name.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the pbd9 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your mobile financial services provider in bad faith after receiving gaming services.

During an investigation, the affected account and any associated accounts may be suspended and all pending withdrawals held. 9 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any pbd9 intellectual property.

pbd9's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions and your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits pbd9's liability for death or personal injury caused by pbd9's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The pbd9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pbd9 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

13 Termination & Suspension

pbd9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where pbd9 determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct in connection with your account.
• Your account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to pbd9.
• pbd9 is required to do so by a competent authority or applicable law.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, pbd9 reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account, including real-money funds and bonus funds, as compensation for the loss or damage caused by the breach.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach by the player (for example, where pbd9 ceases to offer services in a particular jurisdiction), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time frame.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the pbd9 support team. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, pbd9 will process any pending verified withdrawal and close the account within five (5) business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the pbd9 platform's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and pbd9, you agree to contact the pbd9 support team in the first instance and to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. The majority of account queries, payment issues, and bonus disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team.

pbd9 will provide a written response to any formal complaint within five (5) business days of receipt. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
